It's weigh in day! How did I do? I'm not telling you! No, I'm kidding. Drum roll please......

Well, that's good. I didn't do great on the snacking the first half of the week but really pulled it together the last few days. I'm happy with the results.
Now, I'm 2 lbs from goal. Today has been a good day so far in terms of food and exercise. If I can keep my focus and not do any mindless eating or stress eating, I should be good this week. I don't know if it will be a good enough week to lose 2 lbs but you never know.
