I had my weigh in Saturday and gained 0.2 lbs. I shouldn't be upset with that, but I kind of was. It was my own fault because I was only tracking my points for part of the week. I need to do it the whole week. This week will be better.
My day started with the WW meeting. Afterwards I ate oatmeal with 1 cup FF milk, splenda, & cinnamon. The it was over to my cousin Jessie and Nick's house to see their baby Elise. She is over a month old now. So adorable. Nick and I went for a run. It was a slogging (slow jogging) run. We were out for about 1.5 hours! Probably only went about 5.25 miles total, but we explored a pond and stuff in the middle. But let me tell you, my legs are sore and tired! So it must have been good!
After spending way to much time at their house because the baby is a cutie, I went to my parent's house to let the dog out and borrow a shovel. I needed to turn my soil so I can try and plant a few veggie plants I bought. Which is what I did next! Boy, gardening is tough work! I didn't even have a large spot. And I didn't plant anything yet either!
After one hour of that, I went in to shower and eat. I realized I barely ate anything so far! I knew I was going back to Jessie and Nick's later to eat pizza so I went light. I had yogurt with fiber one cereal and 2 small apples. Then I made a salad to bring over to eat with the pizza.
I had a basic salad with TJ's Champagne Pear Vinaigrette dressing, which is one of my favorites! We ate some pizza and I didn't go overboard! I was pretty proud of myself.
At home, I had a Arnold's Sandwich Thin with Laughing Cow Cheese, baby carrots 2/ Tj's Roasted Red Pepper hummus.
