Archive Re-Post

I was flipping through some of my older posts and came across one of my favorite posts to date.

So I'm re-posting it to share with those that may not have seen it. Please read it. I truly think there is a good message in there. And with all the new years resolutions cropping up, I think you can take a message out of it for that as well.

Day 2 of tracking on the new plan is going well too...for a change! Here's to being back on track!

  2. hey there! I have had a hard time adjusting to the new plan as well...and quite frankly, I think it is nearly impossible to do without etools. Since I started the new plan back after Tgiving, I have felt sort of resentful toward ww...mostly because I think it was a bad decision to roll out the new plan during the most stressful time of year, and consequently, due to time constraints and having to look everything up again, i didn't do too well. So this week, I made a pledge to really, really give it a go. I am doing better, but still...it's not been an easy transition. So don't feel like you are alone there.

    Try the dijonnaise on your egg sandwich! its soo good. Who would have thought? lol
