Force yourself to analyze the situation before just popping that chocolate into your mouth. Why am I eating this? Am I hungry? Thirsty? Stressed out? Is it REALLY going to make me feel better? Then, if chocolate is what you need, eat it, count it, and move on. I wouldn't suggest eating the whole bag though. That's been my problem with chocolate. I freez...Believe me the chocolate does call me too. I freeze the individually wrapped pieces so it is hard to gorge on them. You can do this!
