I've actually gaine...Take it easy on yourself! I've actually gained 10-12 pounds since I started running and at first I freaked out but then I remembered that muscle weighs more than fat. Obviously don't stop eating! Maybe you need to focus a bit more on what you're eating? Try lean proteins, healthy snacks and drink water to hydrate. It's a long process but you will get where you want to be. Do you think you can afford a trainer every other week or once per month?
