You've been there before, so you know it works.<br /><br />As for the new plan versus the old plan, it's true, you shouldn't compare. If you avoid something because it used to be 5 points and now it's 8 points, you're really just depriving yourself. The nuts and bolts are the same. Yeah, the points of certain foods may have gone up, but so have your daily points and your weekly points, and also, points for certain activities have also gone up. <br /><br />So my suggestion, FORGET ABOUT THE OLD PLAN and just follow the new plan. Don't say to your self, wow, that used to be *** points. <br /><br />The free fruit is great, but for me, I'm doing it in moderation until I get a handle on it. Anything "free" could be a problem for me. :)<br /><br />Won't take you long at all, girl!
