But you know, you could just go onto sparkrecipes, they have a pretty decent FREE nutrition calculator and then once you have the nut stats, you can calculate out the points+. <br /><br />I have felt kind of burdened by the "work" of it all during such a busy time of year...I hope to do better this week and next. :)Renee Paj https://www.blogger.com/profile/16904747422773645980noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6162303249632073537.post-34292296123697448172010-12-28T12:01:50.082-08:002010-12-28T12:01:50.082-08:00Since I hadn't been on the old program for so ...Since I hadn't been on the old program for so long, I am treating the PointsPlus as a fresh start.<br /><br />I have the monthly pass, and LOVE eTools - not only to track my points, but activity, etc. So far all of my meals I am entering in the recipe builder - so every time I have my egg/ham/cheese breakfast sandwich, I don't have to keep entering, 1 egg, 1 ounce ham, 1 ounce cheese, etc.<br /><br />I didn't weigh in my second week because of Christmas, but am going on Thursday this week, then back to my normal Saturdays. I lost 2.6 the first week - by eating all the 29 points each day, all the 49 flex points, but none of the activity points. I figure those are my "buffer" points in case I've underestimated my points. <br /><br />I am hoping to put all the points (and 300+ recipes NOT on my recipe index!) by the end of January.Bizhttp://mybizzykitchen.comnoreply@blogger.com
