I think it's a long, hard process of learning to get there, however.

I blogged about Eat, Pray, Love yesterday, by the way.Sarah@LowStressWeightLosshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04516055228558206118noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6162303249632073537.post-16036932858404026802010-08-17T07:02:52.410-07:002010-08-17T07:02:52.410-07:00Mark, so true that some things don't work bett...Mark, so true that some things don't work better when you are a perfectionist. The perfectionism gets in the way of the true, bigger picture.

Kathleen, did you read the book? The movie was pretty good but I loved the Italy part since I've been to part of Italy, I love to see some of the scenes from there!Amandahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10155443976345011433noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6162303249632073537.post-25998496191777978932010-08-16T15:44:53.755-07:002010-08-16T15:44:53.755-07:00love it, I must see this movie!love it, I must see this movie!Kathleen Ichordhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09855428679270509004noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6162303249632073537.post-21883427327576102482010-08-16T11:56:33.683-07:002010-08-16T11:56:33.683-07:00I am a perfectionist, bordering on OCD. I am bette...I am a perfectionist, bordering on OCD. I am better than I was, but there are some things that will just annoy me until I put them right.

I think what made a difference for me, was seeing that being a perfectionist about certain things, didn't necessarily benefit me. Sometimes, things don't have to be perfect to just "work".

Some things are worth being a stickler about. Others aren't and telling them apart can be tricky.

That said, I do get a warm fuzzy feeling when things are exactly how I want them. I too, am a work in progress :)Markhttp://fatophobia.comnoreply@blogger.com
